my necklace

I turned to a break as an option knowing deep down inside there will never be a break up in my heart. In bed, i hold on real tight to the necklace and think myself into sleep and set you free. I am glad i still have it. To remind me. I don't cry - not all the time at least - instead, i am happy. Because one day i will see you happy again.
